Indicative response time

We aim to respond within two to five business days. For urgent requests (security disclosure, content takedown, GDPR/Law 25 request), the response is generally faster.

For GDPR or Law 25 rights requests (access, rectification, erasure), we commit to responding within the 30-day legal deadline required by regulation. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights granted to you.

What kind of request?

  • Bug report or unexpected behavior in a game, an article or the navigation. If possible, indicate your browser and the affected page — it speeds up diagnosis.
  • Suggesting a new game or new tool. Describe in a few lines what need it would address. All suggestions are read, but additions to the site happen in batches every few months.
  • Suggesting an article topic for the editorial hub Le Hasard. Same rules: everything is read, not everything is kept, but good ideas often surface in some form sooner or later.
  • Press, interview or editorial partnership request. Specify the context (outlet, topic, deadline). A personal, signed reply will follow.
  • Right of reply or correction request for a factual error in an article. Indicate the URL and the nature of the error. Justified corrections are applied promptly.
  • GDPR, Law 25 or equivalent request (access to your data, rectification, erasure, portability, objection). Add "GDPR Request" or "Law 25 Request" in the subject line so we handle your request within the legal deadline.
  • Content takedown request (DMCA, neighboring rights) if you believe an element of the site infringes your rights. Indicate the content, the legal basis invoked, and a way to identify yourself.

Topics we cannot help with

  • Gambling-disorder requests. The site is not a therapeutic support service and cannot replace professional care. If you are facing gambling that is becoming problematic for you or someone close to you, see the help resources by French-speaking country, which lists free, confidential helplines available in Quebec, France, Belgium, Switzerland and elsewhere.
  • Financial, legal or medical advice. The site's content is informational and does not constitute professional advice or a personalized recommendation.
